So, breakfast this week? What to suggest? My creativity, as suggested by the last few times I've posted ideas, is nearly tapped out. I need a creativity transfusion. I'll check out some magazines and see what I can come up with, but something raw would be good. I've been feeling really exhausted after our breakfasts lately because a lot of the stuff we've been having sits really heavy with me. Does anyone else feel that way? Suggestions?

Expect another post this evening or tomorrow morning. Until then . . .

In an attempt to go raw, we could unearth Jeremy's Spanish Scramble idea of a few week's back. I purchased some raw almonds just for that purpose, and have had them in the frig ever since. I'll read the recipe over a little more closely and add some input later. Ray :^)

I am in agreement with Ray, Jeremy's Spanish Scramble recipe sounds like a tasty yet healthy way to start our day on Saturday and it should not sit heavy at all.

Sounds good. I have almonds. I had sunflower seeds at one point, but I brought them to Jeremy's. We'll need to soak the almonds, so Ray, if you could soak a couple of cups tonight, I'll soak a couple as well. Could someone pick up tomatoes and cilantro and green onion if you'd like some of that, as well.

The Spanish Scramble sure sounds tasty. I can pick up the tomatoes, cilantro and onions. Great suggestion Ray. I look forward to trying it. See you all in the morning.
