Good morning all - Just thinking a bit about breakfast, and had a suggestion to share. One word: Pancakes. We have a fresh lot of maple syrup that's just begging to be consumed. And, I have a large supply of Hodgson Mill's Buckwheat Pancake Mix - stone ground since 1832. Then of course, we could add a side dish such as sausage. What do you think???

I like your idea and you can't go wrong with something that has been stone ground since 1832. I can bring turkey sausage or turkey bacon. I was going to renominate Jeremy's raw food breakfast again since I have no raw food recipes that I was curious about trying yet except his. I will pick up some raw almonds just in case we decide to go healthy. Sorry I did not post anything until so late, I was thrown off by the 4th of July, it feels like Tuesday to me.

I love the pancake idea. It's one of my favorite breakfast dishes. If we feel like eggs or some form of potato for a side dish I can bring both just in case. See you tomorrow.

If you guys would like the pancakes, can you please organize to find and bring the griddle. Also, Jeremy's so sick and I'm really exhausted. Would you all mind doing the bulk of the cooking this week? I'll offer up my kitchen.

One more note: Potatoes in addition to pancakes sounds a little starch-heavy to me. What do you all think? I have eggs here still if you would like to make some of those on top of your pancakes.
