Frittatas are always a good standby. Though lately I've really been moving toward a more Raw Foods way of dining, so I thought I might suggest the following:
Spanish Scramble
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 cup tomato, diced
2 Tablespoons scallions chopped
1 batch Love the Chicks Pate*
1/2 cup spinach leaves
pinch black pepper
*Love the Chicks Pate
1 cup almonds, dry
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, dry
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon tumeric
1/2 cup filtered water
Not only is this dish seem tasty and simple to concoct, it's also food combination correct and highly detoxifying. I completely understand if the rest of you would rather go a more traditional route, but this could be a fun option if you're daring.
I have some of the ingredients already, but just a reminder, all of the ingredients need to be raw for this meal to digest as it should. So, give me your thoughts once you've been able to mull this creation over a bit and we'll proceed with a shopping list for whichever meal we choose.

I think this is a good idea that I would like to try. I just need to know what ingredients we do not have yet. So I know what to bring.

Gary and Ray, please bring raw almonds and raw sunflower seeds to replace the ones we'll be using. If you want to check with each other and one of you bring each, that would be great. Jeremy has everything else that we'll need. Thanks, and see you tomorrow.
