So, I was just wondering if anyone had given any thought to the breakfast. I am not sure what I want. I just thought maybe this post would get the creative juices flowing.

I did like Gary's suggestion a few weeks ago on the Quiche Lorraine. Would anyone like to try this?

I also had another recipe I've been thinking about for a while: sour cream waffles. I have yet to try it but it does sound good. * 1 egg yolk
* 1 cup sour cream
* 1/2 cup milk
* 3 tablespoons butter, melted
* 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
* 2 teaspoons sugar
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 egg white, beaten to stiff peaks
As all our other dishes it can be made into an all natural recipe as well. What do think?

Just thinking back to our favorite breakfast entrees, frittatas have been the biggest hit over all. I would enjoy those again. Ray

I like the frittas a whole bunch. I will second that idea.

Frittatas have been one of my favorites also. I'm sure were going to have hash browns as well so I could pick up the potatoes.

I really enjoy the frittatas also and I will bring the eggs.
