So my idea for this weekend's brunch is breakfast panini. They might be a nice, simple change from some of our more decadent creations of the last couple weeks. They require:

  • Ezekiel English muffins or whole grain bagels
  • scrambled eggs
  • goat's milk mozzarella
  • turkey sausage
I propose that we accompany the panini with our delicious homefries and whatever tasty breakfast goods you can dream up. How's that sound?

Looks great and I'm sure it taste every bit as good too! I can pick up the sausage if you'd like. If there's any certain brand or flavor anyone prefers let me know. I look forward to Saturday. See you all then.

Guys, I made a mistake. I meant to type that the recipe requires turkey BACON, not sausage. So Sam, if you'd like to bring the meat, we'll need turkey bacon. Thanks, Sam.

Count on me for the Goat's cheese and eggs. I'll also, of course, provide the milk for the lattes or au laits.

Sam: Turkey Bacon

Elissa: Bagels

So, that just leaves potatoes. Also, some healthy muffins (carrot-ginger or the likes) or healthy scones might be a nice addition.

We also go through quite a bit of coconut oil in making all of our meals. I've provided this soley, but my supply is running low. It might be a good idea for us to purchase a large 25lb bucket as a group. Let me know your thoughts on this.

No problem on the turkey bacon. Also be glad to chip in on the coconut oil.

Hmmm ... I'll bring my charming personality. And, I will also touch base with Gary on procuring a new barrel of coconut oil. And if I run across anything else, I'll bring that too.
