Guten tag, my friends. Well, since no one seems willing to contribute an idea for this weeks menu, and we're inching closer to the weekend, I'd like to throw in my suggestion:

Traditional Jewish Cheese Blintzes- with the fruit topping of our choosing! They just seem like fun alternative to some of our other egg-based creations.

My sample menu contribution:

Goat cheese Blintzes with Strawberry or Cherry topping:
We'll need some organic fruit for the topping.
Sweet potato home fries- **UPDATE** --I have the Sweet Potatos.
Goat's milk Cafe Au Laits: I have coffee, but in the future, we'll need some more Cafe Dumonde.
Carrot-Ginger Muffins

So, tell me what your tummy's are hungering for, meine freunde.

I think you know how I feel about blintzes. I only make them once a year, and they're one of the highlights of my Christmas celebration. I'd be happy to bring my experience with making them to the table. I make a pretty scrumptious raspberry-lemon topping, too. And I love the rest of your suggestions. I think the sweet potatoe home fries would be a nice complement.

I'd be happy to provide the fruit for the topping.

The menu sounds excellent .. not really sure what I can bring to the Tabelle in terms of expertise, but I can shop. I just placed an order for a fresh stash of Cafe Dumonde - I probably won't have it until Monday. And I had them toss in a logo apron. It should make breakfast just a touch more exciting. Ray

Great sounding menu. I don't believe I ever tried blintzes before. I thought a couple types of chicken sausage might compliment the meal. I picked out sweet apple and sundried tomato. Also got two quarts of R. W. Knudsen juice: apple and spice and morning blend. I'm sure it will be an outstanding breakfast. See you soon.

I just bought two bottle's of Knudsen's pomegrante and cranberry ... it's a flutter of nut and cheese. I'll bring that too. Ray

I think your menu selection is wonderful. I will bring a few dozen eggs and some Cafe Dumonde. I also had a couple of ideas for future meals but I procrastinated and I did not list them in time. I will post them seperately and not as a comment so everyone can see them and give their thumbs up or thumbs down to the idea
