Wow! Master Chef J. York has outdone himself yet again. If you thought the fritatas we had Monday were good the ones made today were nothing short of a masterpiece, a work of art if you will. I must say his culinary skills are quite impressive. Emeril and Wolfgang Puck would be envious of a breakfast of this gastronomic magnitude. Thank you J.Y. for an unforgettable dining experience and to everyone else for their contributions!
